How Are Appalachian Communities Using ARPA Funds?

In our first set of trainings in January and February, we learned about the basics of the Local Fiscal Recovery Fund from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). As you begin developing projects, you may wonder: what are my peers doing across the region, and how can I emulate them?

Join us to hear from local officials with the real-life details about how to effectively deploy ARPA funds at the community level. In April, Training 3 (Parts 1 and 2) will offer case studies in a variety of project types ranging from broadband to small business development.
