In this course, you’ll learn to trace citizens’ end-to-end service experience as well as develop the critical skill sets needed to deliver outstanding customer service within a government organization.
This training will serve as a guidestone for LDD staff and leadership to ensure responsive and satisfactory customer service to the public and decision-makers in government.
