Funding can be used for a wide variety of projects that assist HBCUs in strengthening their academic, administrative, and fiscal capabilities. Relevantly, funds may be used for the purpose of construction, maintenance, renovation, and improvement of instruction facilities and physical plant; and establishment of outreach programs.
