Summary:

Participating community ISPs and stakeholders can join the Airband ISP Program to access special pricing on telecom equipment, tower and fiber access, ISP business applications, clean energy solutions, and network services. Microsoft offers royalty-free access to dozens of patents and sample source code related to TV White Spaces (TVWS) to help stimulate investment and enable broadband connectivity. Internet service providers (ISPs) can access special pricing on TV White Spaces equipment, telecom infrastructure, software solutions and more through the Airband ISP Program. Mircosoft partners with national and local organizations to provide digital skills training for people of all ages to improve education, health care, agriculture and small business outcomes. Microsoft also provides royalty-free access to dozens of patents and sample source code related to broadband technology.
