We are excited to announce the launch of our new member area! This feature offers exclusive resources and networking opportunities to DDAA members.
Below we have instructions on logging in and including your staff. Please share with your team and ask them to share feedback on the log-in experience, member area features, or any other technical issues with us. This feedback will be invaluable in making the member area useful to the broader DDAA membership.
What is it?
To enhance the usefulness of the DDAA site for members, we have created a new DDAA Member Area. The member area provides convenient access to DDAA resources and will serve as the future home of member-only features, starting with a Member Directory.
How to get started?
- Click “Login” on the menu
- Click the “Lost your password?” link on the login page to start the process to set up a new password
- Once that is done, you can add additional staff from your organization to your membership using the steps outlined below, which will add them to the membership directory and allow them to access the resources in the member area.
Provide access to your staff
Once logged in, the membership owner can add staff to their memberships using the following steps:
- Click on Member Area in the menu
- Click the “Manage Your Team” button under “Manage Your Account”
- Click “View” next to your organization details
- Click on Add Member
There are two roles available for new members. Members get access to all resources and can manage their own profile, while Managers can do all that as well as add and remove members from your organization.
