This session walks practitioners through the Recovery-to-Work Ecosystem Builder’s Guide and the step-by-step process for assembling a local ecosystem — identifying and mapping local partner assets and the local development district’s role as coordinator. Mike Gilroy then demonstrates an ecosystem mapping dashboard he built to turn that asset-mapping work into a working tool, showing how a community can move from a static list of partners to something it can see, query, and update. Deb Harris of Jobs & Hope WV, the state partner Mike is supporting through technical assistance, follows with a look at West Virginia’s recovery-to-work ecosystem and how it could connect to the dashboard in practice.
